Rabemac LS Capsule is a combination of two medicine. It is generally prescribed in the treatment of symptoms of GERD(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), Peptic ulcer, and IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

It helps in relieving symptoms like heartburn, acidity, abdominal pain, bloating, indigestion, nausea, vomiting that is related to GERD, Peptic ulcer, and IBS.

Ingredients of Rabemac LS Capsule

Rabeprazole: Rabemac LS Capsule contains Rabeprazole(20mg). It is a class of medications known as proton pump inhibitors. It is generally prescribed in treating the symptoms of GERD(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), and peptic ulcer.

Levosulpiride: It contains Levosulpiride(75mg). Levosulpiride is an antipsychotic and a prokinetic agent. It is generally used in the treatment of nausea, heartburn, vomiting, schizophrenia, and depression.

Rabemac LS Capsule is a combination of two medicine. Rabeprazole in this medicine is a proton pump inhibitor. It works by blocking the H+/ k+ ATPase in the parietal cells of the stomach, which is the final step of acid formation. Thus, it works by reducing the formation of stomach acid and helps in treating symptoms of GERD(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) and Peptic ulcer.

Levosulpiride in this medicine is a Dopamine D2 receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the binding of dopamine to their respective dopaminergic receptors. This results in increasing the GIT motility and helps in the treatment of symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and heartburn.
