Blocking the COX activity helps in inhibiting the production of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. Prostaglandins are generally responsible for pain and inflammation in the body. Blocking the production of prostaglandins helps in relieving symptoms of pain and inflammation.
Serratiopeptidase in this medicine is a proteolytic enzyme. it usually works by breaking down the abnormal proteins at the place of inflammation & promote healing.
